- 9 m² for company or product presentation (Stand equipment see booth packages)
- One flyer or promotional gift in conference bag
Platinum sponsorship
- Limited to five companies / organizations
- 7,000 €
- Two full registrations
- Name and logo in program and on website
- 1/2 page advert in program
- One notification in conference app (e.g. push message, pop-up banner...)
- 6 m² for company or product presentation (Stand equipment see booth packages)
- One flyer or promotional gift in conference bag
Gold sponsorship
- Limited to ten companies / organizations
- 4,500 €
- One full registration
- Name and logo in program and on website
- 1/4 page advert in program
- 1 m² for company or product presentation (Stand equipment see booth packages)

Guidelines for print advertisement
As sponsor, you are also entitled to an advert in the official conference program. Please find the detailed dimensions and specifications for the advert in the pdf.
Please send us your finished advert as PDF or JPG with a minimum resolution of 300 dpi by July 15, 2025, to info@ecers2025.org.
